Crystallisation
All-natural honey will crystallise, this is proof that it is natural honey. It is fine to eat, but if your preference is for a runny honey, then you can change it back to a liquid form by:
1 – loosening the lid of the jar, placing the jar in hot water. Heating gently until it becomes liquid again.
2 – place the honey somewhere warm for a few hours until it liquifies. Please ensure it is not too hot or you will cook the honey.
Bees keep their hives at a consistent temperature of 32oC to 35oC, if you are worried about losing some of the benefits of honey do not heat above 35oC. Our sauces have already been heated above this temperature as part of the production process.
Try not to keep heating honey, just heat the amount you need at the time. With time or cold it will recrystallise again.
