We try and keep postage and packing costs as low as we can. The best thing is to order 2 jars at a time if you are able as this has the same delivery charge as 1 jar, or collect at a Farmers Market.

Jam Jar Size

Our Jar Sizes

As an artisan producer of natural honey, our jar sizes are smaller than those typically found in supermarkets.

Please be sure to check the size of the jars before making a purchase.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Packaging & Delivery

We strive to minimize the environmental impact of our shipping materials. However, glass jars are fragile. After exploring numerous solutions, we have found that AirSac packaging offers the best protection to ensure your honey arrives safely.

Please recycle all packaging whenever possible.

Due to customs regulations, we can only ship to mainland UK.

Thank you for your understanding.

Crystallisation

All-natural honey will crystallise, this is proof that it is natural honey. It is fine to eat, but if your preference is for a runny honey, then you can change it back to a liquid form by:

1 – loosening the lid of the jar, placing the jar in hot water. Heating gently until it becomes liquid again.

2 – place the honey somewhere warm for a few hours until it liquifies. Please ensure it is not too hot or you will cook the honey.

Bees keep their hives at a consistent temperature of 32oC to 35oC, if you are worried about losing some of the benefits of honey do not heat above 35oC. Our sauces have already been heated above this temperature as part of the production process.

Try not to keep heating honey, just heat the amount you need at the time. With time or cold it will recrystallise again.

Postage Costs

We are sorry that we can not get postage and packaging costs any lower.

The lowest cost to post and pack is £4.45 for 1kg with Evri and this includes the cost of the AirSac and box. However within this price you can get two jars of honey.

The cheapest way is to come and buy from us direct at a Farmers Market. Locations and dates we publish on the Market Locations tab.
